01Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the cbaij online gaming platform, including all betting, casino, and gaming services accessible via cbaij.org and any related sub-domains or applications (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cbaij ("cbaij", "we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any portion of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

03Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on cbaij, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. cbaij does not permit access to persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must register using your own genuine personal details. Registering on behalf of another individual or using false identity information is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of cbaij or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.

04Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on cbaij at any given time. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or otherwise — may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses. The following obligations apply to your account at all times.

• You must provide a valid and current mobile number during registration. This number is used for OTP verification, password resets, and security communications.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. cbaij cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• cbaij reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — including government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method — at any stage of your account lifecycle, including prior to processing withdrawal requests.
• You must notify cbaij immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact the support email address displayed on this website.

cbaij may, at its sole discretion, close or merge duplicate accounts, void bets or winnings associated with duplicate accounts, and refer cases of deliberate duplicate account creation to relevant authorities where warranted.

05Deposits and Withdrawals

cbaij processes all player deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. cbaij reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time with notice provided via the Platform.
• All withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, subject to the technical availability of that method. cbaij does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits.
• cbaij does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from the cbaij side. Any charges levied by your mobile money operator or card issuer are outside cbaij's control and are the player's responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and satisfaction of any active wagering requirements on bonus funds. cbaij targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within one business day during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours.

06Bonuses and Promotions

cbaij offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms set out in the corresponding offer documentation. The following general bonus terms apply in all cases unless superseded by the specific terms of an individual promotion.

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is specified in each individual offer.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household and per device. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses by creating duplicate accounts will result in disqualification and account suspension.
• cbaij reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform. Bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to a withdrawal of an offer will remain subject to the original offer terms.
• Free spins awarded as part of a bonus offer are valid only on the specified game or games listed in the offer terms. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirement associated with the originating bonus.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements (commonly known as "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring"), using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other form of systematic bonus exploitation, is prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

cbaij's decision in all matters relating to bonus eligibility, wagering compliance, and promotional disputes is final and binding.

07Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

cbaij is committed to maintaining a fair, safe and honest gaming environment. The following forms of conduct are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform features, including through the use of shared accounts or coordinated betting strategies.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or gain any advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources or deliberately structuring transactions to conceal their origin.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing conduct toward cbaij staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel connected to the Platform.

08Responsible Gaming

cbaij is a platform intended for entertainment purposes only. Gambling should never be viewed as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses. cbaij provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players free of charge.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time-Out: Players may set a session time-out of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, the player cannot log in to their account. Time-outs cannot be reversed before their scheduled expiry.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion by contacting cbaij support. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being processed.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable session time reminders that alert them to the duration of their current gaming session at intervals of their choosing.

09Intellectual Property

All content on the cbaij Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the compilation and arrangement thereof — is the property of cbaij or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of cbaij. Unauthorised use of cbaij's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cbaij and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Any loss arising from service interruptions, technical failures, network outages, or delays affecting the Platform, including during live betting events.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain an error. cbaij reserves the right to void bets placed on erroneous odds or incorrect data.

11Account Suspension and Termination

cbaij reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other applicable policy or rule of cbaij.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct described in Section 07 of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• A request by the player themselves to close their account, including self-exclusion requests submitted via the responsible gaming tools or support channel.

Upon account closure or termination, any bonus balances and associated winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances that are not subject to any pending wagering requirement or restriction will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

12Privacy and Data Protection

cbaij collects, stores, and processes player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at /privacy-policy on this website. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. cbaij does not sell or share player personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. 13Amendments to These Terms

cbaij reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, cbaij will provide notice to registered players via the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure by contacting cbaij support.

14Governing Law and Contact

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
